Refund & Cancellation

This policy applies to DMLAI Pro subscriptions and pre-paid video credits purchased on dmlai.com via our payment processor (Stripe).
1. Try free first
DMLAI offers a free daily plan so you can fully test the Service before paying. We encourage you to use the free plan to confirm it meets your needs before upgrading.
2. Subscriptions & cancellation
Pro is a paid plan that grants expanded access for the billing period. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals, and access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
3. Pre-paid video credits
Some features — such as real 3D motion in the AI Video generator — run on pre-paid credits that you buy in packs. Credits are consumed as you generate: each scene or video you successfully create uses one or more credits. Because every generation triggers real third-party compute cost, credits are non-refundable once they have been used. If a generation fails due to a fault on our side we aim not to deduct the credit. Unused credits remain in your account but have no cash value and are non-transferable. The free video, image and reel tools do not use credits.
4. Refunds
Because Pro unlocks digital AI usage immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once usage has begun. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access Pro due to a technical fault on our side, contact us within 7 days for review and an eligible refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing depends on the processor and your bank).
5. How to request
Email info.dmlai@gmail.com with your payment ID and the email used at purchase. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
