Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to DMLAI Pro purchases made on dmlai.com via Razorpay or Stripe.
1. Free trial first
DMLAI offers a free daily plan so you can fully try the Service before paying. We encourage you to use the free plan to confirm it meets your needs before upgrading.
2. Subscriptions & cancellation
Pro is a paid plan that grants unlimited access for the billing period (e.g., 30 days). You can stop using Pro at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
3. Refunds
- Because Pro unlocks digital AI usage immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once usage has begun.
- If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access Pro due to a technical fault on our side, contact us within 7 days for a review and eligible refund.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing depends on Razorpay/Stripe and your bank).
4. How to request
Email info.dmlai@gmail.com with your payment ID and the email used at purchase. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
5. Changes
We may update this policy; the latest version will always be on this page.
